Your Role as a Sports Coach Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-energy sports sessions across a variety of activities. Support PE lessons and help run extracurricular clubs and school sports events. Encourage student participation, teamwork, and confidence in physical activity. Assist with behaviour management, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. Provide support for pupils of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs. What We’re Looking For Experience in sports coaching or working with children/young people. A genuine passion for physical education and promoting active lifestyles. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential). Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
