Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Cwmbrân. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with travel inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day sales activities, such as processing transactions, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
