What You'll Do:
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.
* Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports.
* Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients.
* Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
* Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations.
* Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.
* Ensure the team's compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of accounting experience.
* 3+ in Private Equity Industry.
* Management experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
