Regional Manager - QSR company - Glasgow Great salary Bonus to be discussed Car allowance Petrol and parking expensed Growing company, lots of opportunity As Regional Manager for this group of Quick Service Restaurants, you will manage 2 Area Managers and 12 Restaurant Managers. This is a well known fast food chain and so knowledge of the QSR industry is essential. You will be someone who has at least 5 years' experience in managing multi-site. As Regional Manager you will be responsible for supporting and coaching Area Managers to achieve success in the delivery of on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor the 2 Plus Multi-site Area Managers to drive profitability and exceptional customer service across their sites, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and values. You will have a proven track record in operational improvements and achievement of business goals and advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership are desirable. Skills and Attributes: Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics. Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development. Customer service, passion, and strategic thinking. Excellent communicator, results-driven, and high emotional intelligence. Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule, including weekends.
