Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Ipswich office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. What you'll be doing as aProperty Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich
13. Booking and conducting property inspections
14. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
15. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
16. Deposit returns
17. Resolving rental arrears
18. Processing eviction requests
19. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
20. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
21. Managing complaints
22. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be aProperty Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich
23. Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
24. Outstanding customer service
25. Good telephone manner
26. IT skills
Driving Requirements
27. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
28. We cannot accept automatic-only licences at this time
