Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, 37.5 hours

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our team.

Primary Objectives:

* Perform all stores-related administrative duties
* Contribute to delivering world-class services as part of a dynamic team
* Be involved in inventory control and process implementation
* Help develop MJ Quinn’s working culture, reputation, and values

Principle Accountabilities:

* Provide real-time visibility of stock holdings
* Track stock movements, including goods inwards, dispatches, returns, rejections, and internal transfers
* Organise and execute inventory stock counting and accuracy checks
* Create and maintain accurate procedures for inventory control and stores management
* Ensure timely inbound receipt of materials from clients and suppliers to minimise operational downtime
* Assist in re-ordering and ad-hoc ordering of products and materials via the in-house buying team
