Job objectives and responsibilities
Responsibilities
* Support the rollout of business initiatives.
* Understand and demonstrate the MITIE principles.
* To support the Window Cleaning helpdesk mailbox daily with the delivery of services.
* Provide accurate monthly KPI reports to clients.
* Support the Business Support Team Leader and escalate any issues that arise.
* Liaise between internal and external clients and the window cleaning contractor.
* Provide quotations to clients in a professional template.
* Monitor any LBG call outs and ensure all KPIs are met.
* Book in cleans with clients and provide relevant Health & Safety paperwork.
* Organise site surveys and support with tenders.
* Assist with implementation of CASH system and to maintain accurate data with the system.

Person Specification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
* Must possess the ability to positively interact with staff at all levels within the account and wider business.
* Attention to detail.
* Familiar with MS Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, Word.
* Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and dynamic environment.
* Capable of working under own initiative with minimum supervision.
* Able to meet strict deadlines.
* Good inter-personal skills
* Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution.
* Methodical and well organised.
Health and Safety responsibilities
* Always follow Group and company policies and procedures.
* Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
* Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
* Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
Information Security
* Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities.
* Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager.
* Report actual and suspected security incidents.
