What you'll be doing
Within the construction environment, your responsibilities will include purchasing materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The company manages approximately 400 developments across the UK, ranging from new builds on brownfield sites to adapting existing structures like factories and hospitals.

Reporting and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the development from start to finish, ensuring targets for programme, quality, and cost are met through effective team and subcontractor management.
You Will Be Expected To
* Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labor, and materials to meet production schedules.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to attend regular meetings, adhere to procedures, and inspect show homes.
* Assume responsibilities as delegated by the Site Manager, including deputizing when necessary.
* Assist in ensuring the construction team is well-resourced, trained, and supported to meet their responsibilities.
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients in line with company guidelines.
