What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works
* Working closely with design, project, and commercial teams
* Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
* Supporting tender submissions and contributing to winning strategies
* Providing technical and commercial input at every stage of the bid process
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Estimator (mid, senior, or principal level)
* Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
* Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
