Key Duties
* Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Ballards Ash – a spacious former farmhouse on the edge of Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire, within easy reach of Swindon. The home supports up to 10 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The garden has large safe areas and a Day Activities Coordinator develops tailored programmes.
