Clinical Home Manager – Nursing Home – NMC pin essential
Location: Chatham (Must be living in the UK)
Position: Home Manager (Must have previous Home Management experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £67,000 per year (based on 37 hours)
Contract: Permanent

You will be working within a Large Care Home supporting Elderly Residents and those with Dementia. This is a 100+ bed service. Currently rated GOOD by the CQC and rated highly on carehome.co.uk.
Must have
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Well-versed with current CQC regulations.
Responsibilities include –
* Oversee the operational aspects of the Care Home on a daily basis
* Guide and supervise a team of dedicated care professionals
* Foster strong connections with staff, residents, and their families
* Essential presence within the home to ensure its success
