Role Description
The HR Lead is a hybrid role, requiring remote and onsite attendance at our Reading office. The role requires a dynamic and person-centric individual who is highly driven to develop, maintain and grow the HR & Recruitment functions within a growing organization. Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
1. Responsible for recruitment and retention of talent
2. Promote equality, health and safety within the company
3. Support managers and leads in the recruitment, onboarding, inductions, management and offboarding processes
4. Develop recruitment strategies to attract staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational and more
5. Develop programs that enhance staff engagement
6. Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures
7. Support with training administration processes of all staff
8. Ensure that HR systems, training and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations and outcomes, grievances and training data
9. Provide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence including note taking
10. Supporting Managers with HR aspects e.g. Occupational Health; absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
11. Collate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance
12. Support staff working in the service with HR related queries
13. Payroll and expense management
14. Liaise with product and tech support team on technical issues
15. Work closely with line manager and wider team on service improvement
16. Attend work related meetings as required
17. To maintain all mandatory training
18. Shift-based and flexible working maybe required from time to time
Skills, Experience, and Qualification:
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years work experience
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* Proven Track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale ups
Desirable Qualifications
* NVQ Level 4 or CIPD level 3
* HR/training/administration experience
* Experience of working with Gsuite and private practice software
* Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
