Are you passionate about making a positive difference to children and families' lives? Do you have experience in commissioning and managing services? We are seeking a Commissioning Manager to join our Children and Families Services team.

About the Role:

The Commissioning Manager is a vital role within our local authority, responsible for ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of services for children and families. You will manage a diverse portfolio of services within the statutory children and families division, including those for children with complex needs, disabilities, looked-after children, care leavers, and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children.

About You:

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organised individual with:

* Experience in commissioning
* Strong understanding of grant management processes,
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and maximising the impact of services and funding.
