TeacherActive, one of the UK s leading education recruitment agencies, is currently looking for committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of Primary Schools across Tower Hamlets. You ll play a key role in supporting pupils with diverse needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH on a one-to-one or small group basis.

What we re looking for:
* Experience working with children with SEN (in schools or alternative settings)
* A nurturing, calm, and resilient approach to support
* Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
