Overview
To meet the needs of our complex Intestinal Failure patient caseload this is a fabulous and exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Registered Nurse to work within the Intestinal Failure Unit. The Unit has an international reputation for high quality patient outcomes and is one of only two national reference centres (NRC'S) in the country directly commissioned to provide these specialist services.
You will need to demonstrate drive, commitment and a strong sense of leadership and deliver excellent patient centred care. You must be able to demonstrate a proven clinical ability at Band 5 or above and the leadership capability to bring the team with you in achieving the Trust goals and values.

Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, safe, evidence-based patient care within the Intestinal Failure Unit, demonstrating leadership to support the team in achieving Trust goals and values.
* Utilise intravenous therapy nursing expertise to deliver a high standard of care and participate in continual professional development.
* Demonstrate effective teamwork, lead from the front, maintain self-motivation, and maintain good communication with colleagues and patients.
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrable clinical ability at Band 5 or above.
* Intravenous therapy nursing experience is essential.
* Ability to deliver high standard of evidence-based care and show evidence of continual professional development.
* Ability to work well with a team, lead from the front, be self-motivated, and communicate effectively.
