About The Role
The Recruitment Consultant helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by providing an expert business focussed resourcing service to managers, and collaborating closely with other teams across the business to deliver a coordinated people service, which supports the Organisational, Directorate and Team Strategy.
Working closely with the our hiring managers, this 6 month fixed term contract will support the organisation to ensure Guide Dogs always attracts the best talent. Key to our aim to help those living with sight loss live the life they choose, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, supporting and designing recruitment campaigns and ensure our compliance with Safer Recruitment standards.
We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a complex or mission-driven organisation. You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate experience. While knowledge of Safer Recruitment is desirable, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
