The Role: Silcom Recruitment is excited to be supporting a successful main dealership based in the Southampton area (outskirts), seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to join their team. Responsibilities & Requirements: Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the sales department. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of seven Sales Executives and one Transaction Manager Drive performance to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels. Uphold brand standards, compliance expectations, and a consistent sales process. Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential. Full UK driving licence required. The Package: £47,500 - basic salary, on target earnings of £73,000 uncapped, plus over performance bonus to take OTE over £85,000!! Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturdays, 9:00 - 5:00, No Sundays – day off in the week (5 day working week).
