At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Shift Manager - To ensure the day to day operation of machines and labour are utilised to maximum efficiency, to produce containers to the customers specification and quality standards. * To issue all paperwork connected with the various products and report any discrepancies immediately. * To ensure that production figures are recorded in a legible manner and accurately at all times and to pass on relevant information to Departments and individuals concerned. * To deploy labour as necessary to ensure the smooth running of machinery and ancillary equipment. To ensure that correct training is given to personnel for the requirement of the job.
