Are you a Contracts Manager from a flooring or construction background, looking to join an established contractor that delivers projects nationwide with the opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects and autonomy?
On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of flooring and wall finish projects ranging from small works to large-scale contracts up to £500,000. You will play a key role in overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager with experience in construction or flooring, looking for a hands-on role with responsibility, variety, and progression within a stable, growing business.
The Role:
* Managing flooring and wall finish projects from pre-start through to completion
* Planning works, controlling budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Managing contracts, variations, and commercial aspects of projects
* Supervising site teams and ensuring health & safety compliance
* Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management
The Person:
* Experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction or flooring
* Full UK driving licence
