Description
To act as a point of entry for customers, outside sales and other internal stakeholders. Handle all rate offers and build a strong relationship with customers to understand their needs. Ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from ZIM.
Providing written quotes to customers (incl. Tender + side conditions)
Ensuring follow up on quotes as per established guideline
Providing sales lead to other sales offices
Ensuring correct data entry into systems
Acting as focal point and entry for the client
Communication with Customer Service, Finance and Trade Management
Providing sales leads to other sales offices
Reports
Updating Target lists
Analyse and improve portfolio supporting outside sales
Maintaining and updating customer data in CRM
Telemarketing
handle "cold calls" according to established guide lines

Requirements
• 3 years professional knowledge in shipping or forwarding
• Good MS Office 365 (word, excel,powerpoint),
• Advantage: CRM knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Teamplayer
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Geographical knowledge
