The Team
This is a well-established and growing practice advising on a broad range of high-value real estate finance matters. The team is regularly instructed by major financial institutions, alternative lenders, and high-profile borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising on:
* Investment and development financing
* Loan origination and refinancing transactions
* Structured real estate finance deals
* Inter-creditor arrangements and security structuring
* High-value, often multi-jurisdictional matters
You will benefit from strong partner access, genuine responsibility from an early stage, and exposure to a diverse and high-quality client base.
The Candidate
* England & Wales qualified, NQ–4 PQE
* Strong training from a recognised real estate or banking practice
* Demonstrated interest in real estate finance
* Commercial, detail-oriented, and confident working in a client-facing environment
* Strong academic background
