Job Description
As part of our UK HR team, you will lead the HR service provision for Turner & Townsend across Infrastructure, Defence and Energy and Natural Resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver the People strategy in partnership with Turner & Townsend senior leadership team.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing robust commercial advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.
* Strong project management experience of end to end TUPE processes
* Drive insights via data and reporting to inform business decision making
* Shape, influence, manage and deliver a broad range of People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities, under the UK people strategy.
* Managing (direct and matrix) a team of People Business Partners and Advisors
* Manage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.
* Produce people related reports, in-depth data analysis and visual presentations and provide ad hoc management information to senior stakeholders

Qualifications
Person Specification/Requirements
* Human resources degree or equivalent
* Experience of People Business Partnering with senior management in a generalist HR role
* Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation.
