We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to support our busy Wolverhampton office. This is an entry-level role with full training provided — perfect for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Managing candidate pipelines
* Supporting senior consultants on live roles
* Building relationships with candidates
What We’re Looking For
* Motivated, driven and target-focused
* Strong communication skills
* Confident and proactive personality
* Sales, retail or customer service experience is a bonus (not essential)
* Desire to build a long-term career
