Overview of the Role
In this role, you’ll coordinate the smooth running of our fleet operations and support wider office processes through accurate record keeping, effective process management, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, issue, and record PPL material guarantees
* Process installer applications and coordinate approvals
* Issue installer certificates and maintain compliance records
* Produce ID cards and manage the Installer Training Database
* Operate and maintain fleet management software and reporting
* Analyse fleet performance, costs, and compliance metrics
* Manage company car fleet maintenance, insurance, and leases
* Ensure grey fleet compliance for privately owned business-use vehicles
* Coordinate servicing and inspections of vans
* Maintain accurate vehicle documentation (MOTs, insurance, tax)
* Act as first-point contact for leasing companies, insurers, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with fleet policy, Health & Safety, and vehicle regulations, including audits
* Support the rollout of fleet safety programmes and driver training
