About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preference. Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils make progress academically and emotionally. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour management and classroom organisation. Help to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment. Support pupils with additional or SEND needs, promoting inclusion and confidence.
