As the Social Media Specialist, you will implement social media communications for our Marketing strategy. You will manage and support brand‑led and home‑specific social media channels, plan advertising campaigns, create social media post templates for our care homes, and manage admin rights for home‑specific pages.
You will collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing and our Social Media agency to boost engagement and meet commercial goals. The role is hybrid, with visits to our offices in Finsbury Square, London, and frequent visits to care homes across the UK.

Job responsibilities
* Write social media templates for care‑home administrators, including community engagement and brand‑led templates.
* Write and schedule weekly posts using our social media management tools.
* Produce weekly round‑ups and monthly social media reports.
* Plan, execute, and deliver advertising campaigns in conjunction with the social media agency.
* Utilise CRM data to better target potential customers through social advertising.
* Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and PR team to support social or PR issues.
* Assist with ad‑hoc digital projects, campaigns, initiatives, and events.
About you
* Proven marketing experience and management of brand profiles within social media.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Experience using Brandwatch (or similar) and social media monitoring tools.
* Experience utilising CRM data to improve campaign targeting.
* Strong attention to detail, can‑do approach, organisational and prioritising skills.
* Initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team.
* A degree is an advantage but not essential.
