Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

While this role does not require nursing registration, candidates must have proven experience successfully managing a nursing home.
The Role
The Nursing Home Manager will hold full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring outstanding standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. They will create a high-performing, values-driven culture and lead the home to achieve both clinical excellence and commercial success.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strong, visible leadership to the entire team
Driving occupancy, reputation, and overall service performance
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practice
Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and resource management
Supporting and developing department leads to build a cohesive management team
Maintaining exceptional standards of person centred care
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Leading on quality improvement and continuous development initiatives
