Fully office-based role (with the flexibility to work from home every other Monday)
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 M-F
Our client, a boutique investment firm with a friendly, sociable, and highly collaborative culture, is seeking a PA / Team Assistant to join their welcoming West End office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced and professional environment, providing key administrative and operational support to both senior executives and the wider team.
Working closely alongside an experienced PA, the role offers outstanding exposure and the chance to further develop your PA and business support skills within a hands-on, varied, and dynamic setting where no two days are the same. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a polished and client-focused experience for visitors and stakeholders alike.
PA responsibilities will include diary and calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives, organising meetings, team lunches, and social events, as well as supporting wider business functions including marketing, compliance, and finance. You will also liaise regularly with the Paris office, providing valuable international exposure and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.
Additional responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with the overall organisation and presentation of the office environment. You will support office management duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating daily team lunches, and liaising with suppliers and building management when required.
The role will also involve supporting marketing and business development activities, including maintaining CRM systems, updating client information and meeting notes, and assisting with ongoing projects and business initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help coordinate client events, company socials, inductions, onboarding processes, and wider internal projects, making this a highly varied and engaging position.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a candidate with previous office support or administrative experience who is proactive, personable, highly organised, and eager to build a long-term career within a smaller, close-knit environment. In return, you will gain broad exposure, genuine responsibility, and the chance to develop within a supportive yet high-performing investment firm environment.
Please send your CV in the first instance. Salary will be dependent on experience.
