What you’ll be doing:
* Designing, developing, and testing software that supports mission-critical port operations.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
* Deploying and managing applications using containerisation tools like Docker.
* Supporting CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and deployment.
* Ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll bring:
* Development expertise: Proficiency in C# (.NET Framework and Core), WCF, WPF, MVVM, REST APIs, and message queuing.
* Database skills: Strong experience with MS SQL and Entity Framework.
* DevOps knowledge: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Methodologies: Experience with Agile, TDD, DevOps practices, and SOLID principles.
* Business insight: Knowledge of logistics or container terminal systems is a plus. Experience with enterprise billing or invoicing systems is highly valued.
* Tools: Comfortable using Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
* Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Team spirit: Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
