Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client department
* Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and handle client communications
* Maintain and organise client files, both electronically and in hard copy
* Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external professionals in a professional manner
* Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Significant experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client work (wills, probate, LPA, estate administration)
* Strong typing and document production skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* A proactive and professional approach to client service
