Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
2. Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
3. Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
4. Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
5. Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
6. Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

8. Backshift from 4pm to 10pm including every 2nd weekend

Requirements
13. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
14. A right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer
15. Working variable hours and willing to work every second weekend
16. A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
17. Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
18. Ability to follow care plans
19. Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
