Location: Hybrid Role - Work from Home with Travel to Client Sites & Data Centres in the South East or Midlands Area.

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge cloud solutions for a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client networks.
* Assist in infrastructure solution upgrades and provide expert support for complex issues.
* Collaborate with the managed services team, serving as a third-line support lead.
* Develop expertise in Nutanix HCI and other platforms.
Your Profile:
* Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM, and Hyper-V.
* Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), particularly Nutanix.
* Strong networking knowledge, including L2/L3 switching, routing, and firewalls.
* Familiarity with enterprise data center systems and backup solutions.
* Expertise in Windows operating environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
* Understanding of ITIL principles and service management documentation.
* Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
Advantages:

* Proficiency in scripting with Ansible and Terraform.
