Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our bar. If you have a passion for mixology, great people skills, and enjoy working in a lively environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a high standard.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for guests.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
* Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our drinks menu.
* Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
* Assist in stock management, including ordering and inventory checks.
Qualifications
* Has previous experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting.
* Is passionate about drinks, from classic cocktails to fine wines and craft spirits.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is confident, proactive, and enjoys engaging with guests.
* Is flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Holds a personal licence (preferred but not essential).
