Job Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will be:* Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property* advising on large-scale portfolio transactions* Managing landlord and tenant matters across various sectors* Acting for national developers, investors, and occupiers* Handling property management and asset management work* Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documents* Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas

The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in real estate* Experienced in commercial property transactions* Confident working with high-profile or corporate clients* Strong in drafting and negotiation skills* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail* A team player with strong communication skills
