Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Grocery) – Bridgwater
This is a full‑time, permanent Field Sales Representative (Striker) position based in Bridgwater, focused on representing Red Bull in the grocery sector.
* Salary: £27,980.98 per annum + 15% performance bonus, company vehicle, fuel card & tech provided

Key Responsibilities
* Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers
* Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
* Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations
* Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
* Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise each visit
* Report activity accurately and feed back market insight
* Compete to be the best and receive rewards when succeeding
Qualifications & Skills
* A natural influencer with strong commercial instincts
* Target‑driven, competitive and resilient
* Confident speaking with staff and managers from all levels
* Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not mandatory
