Salary: £25,510 plus UK real living wage Location Cwmbran

The Vacancy
An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate personal assistant to provide an efficient and effective service to our Executive Director of Development and Regeneration and Executive Director of Operations. To be proactive in managing complex and frequently changing diaries, ensuring effective prioritisation and alignment. The post holder will also be expected to work flexibly to help the wider business as and when required.
You will handle highly confidential, sensitive information of a personal, financial, and regulatory nature.

We are looking for someone who can communicate and build relationships with others and can prioritise and manage their workload using initiative.
As you will be working within a busy PA team, you will need the ability to multi-task and collaborate closely.
The ideal candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to manage workflows.
