* Provide person-centred care to people with complex physical, learning, and behavioural needs.
* Support individuals with personal care, daily living, and accessing their communities.
* Follow care and behaviour support plans to promote safety, dignity, and independence.
* Work closely with families, health professionals, and a dedicated care team.

About You
* Naturally caring, patient, and reliable.
* Calm under pressure and confident supporting people with complex needs.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience in care is welcome but full training is provided for the right person.
Location: London and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
