Your Impact Own end-to-end email performance: Craft visually stunning, conversion-optimized "mailers" (copy design) targeting creators. Master data-led storytelling: Translate client briefs into PR-grade narratives that drive open rates and conversion (key downloads and content). Scale creator growth: Optimize outreach to our database of influencers using A/B testing, CRM tools, and performance analytics. Shape strategy: Create new visual assets, position games, and build creator-centric campaigns. Play a part in the growth and development of the agency Essentials We Need 2 years in email performance marketing Portfolio showcasing high-impact visual/copy campaigns (e.g., mailers, landing pages, newsletters). Ability to turn complex USPs into compelling hooks (PR/strategy flair). Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe CC), CRMs (HubSpot/Mailchimp), and analytics. Clear knowledge of email optimisation tools and strategies Passion for gaming and creator communities (interest in steam releases and gaming content). Bonus Points For Games industry PR/marketing/influencer experience. Skills in video editing, community management (Discord/Twitter), or creator platforms.
