3. Managing and coordinating administrative support staff (team of 4)
4. Ensuring efficient operation of the office
5. Overseeing financial and records management
6. Streamlining administrative procedures, and initiating process improvements
7. Handling confidential information with discretion
8. Liaising with other departments and teams
9. Managing office budgets
10. Assisting in planning and arranging events
The Successful Applicant
A successful IFA Administration Manager should have:
11. Must have Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)/Financial Services experience
12. Proven administrative management experience
13. Strong leadership skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
17. Degree in Business Administration or related field
