Motorhome/Caravan Repair Technician required in South Bristol
1. Starting salary up to £31,941 pending experience.
2. 39-hour week from 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am-12:00pm Friday.

Our client, a leading motorhome/caravan manufacturer and retailer based in the Southwest region, is currently looking to recruit a Repair Technician for their head office in South Bristol.
Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working as part of a long-standing and friendly team, the Repair Technician will be responsible for warranty-related repairs of motorhomes and caravans, both on-site and at customers' premises (company van/fuel allowance provided), ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard to achieve first-time fix targets.
The repairs include general habitation checks, gas and electrical repairs and installations, heating system diagnosis and repairs, damp testing, woodwork, upholstery, chassis/body repairs, and the removal and re-fitting/retrofitting of accessories such as bike racks, awnings, TV aerials, and solar panels.
Qualifications and experience required include:
* Experience in an automotive vehicle repair environment and/or skills in general house repairs/DIY tasks.
* Ability to diagnose faults effectively to ensure repairs meet first-time fix standards.
* Experience with gas and electric operating systems.
* A full, clean UK driving license.
* Good communication and written skills, IT literacy, and a customer service-oriented attitude.
* Experience in the motorhome/caravan industry or similar habitation roles is advantageous but not essential.
Additional qualities include leadership, excellent attendance and timekeeping, and a desire for continuous improvement.
