Senior Web/Digital Designer
Up to £40,000
Hybrid – Birmingham (2–3 days in the office)
4.5 day working week + Birthday off + Excellent benefits
We’re looking for a talented Senior Web Designer to join a growing creative team in Birmingham. If you love bringing modern, on-trend digital experiences to life and can take a website project from concept to delivery, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing full websites and landing pages in Figma, with a keen eye for detail and UX best practices
* Collaborating with developers and marketers to bring your designs to life
* Creating assets for other digital channels (paid ads, social, email) where needed
* Staying ahead of design trends to ensure our brand always feels fresh and engaging
What we’re looking for:
* A modern, clean design style with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
* Bonus: experience with other digital design formats (ads, email, socials)
What’s on offer:
* Salary up to £40,000
* Hybrid working – typically 2–3 days in the Birmingham office
* 4.5 day working week (early finish on Fridays)
