Junior CAD Technician (Revit)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Junior CAD Technician (Revit) to join our well-established and growing client based in Blackpool on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Revit or AutoCAD who is looking to develop a long-term career in BIM and digital building modelling. Full industry training and ongoing support will be provided.
If you have a strong technical mindset, attention to detail and an interest in construction technology or 3D modelling — this could be the perfect next step.
Hours:
Monday to Friday:
8.30am - 5pm Office / Hybrid Working Available
Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Day-to-day duties:
As a Junior CAD Technician your duties will be:
Reporting to the Production Manager and working alongside the Product Development team, you will:
* Interpret site data and technical information
* Produce accurate CAD drawings using Revit
* Support the development of Building Information Models (BIM)
* Maintain organised project documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project accuracy
* Meet project deadlines and quality standards
* Attend site visits occasionally to gain understanding of live projects
Essential skills:
To be successful as a, you will need as a Junior CAD Technician:
* Experience using Revit and/or AutoCAD (essential – can be academic or commercial)
* Strong interest in construction technology, buildings or 3D design
* High attention to detail and methodical approach
* Good communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable experience:
* This role would suit a recent graduate, college leaver with CAD experience, or someone looking to step up into a more specialist BIM-focused role.
Training:
* Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support
