We are working with a globally leading advisory firm and their TMT strategy team who are looking for experienced strategy professionals to help with their growing pipeline.
My client works with a wide variety of corporate clients and investors, with a mix of transaction-related work (commercial due diligence, synergy assessment, pre and post-deal value creation) and strategy development (growth strategy, market entry, initiative prioritisation, policy assessment).
They support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through their toughest decisions including group and business unit strategy, investment trade-offs, M&A and much more.
Our client is specifically looking for professionals with a strong background in leading deal strategy engagements within the media sector but the team is also open to considering professionals coming from a wider TMT background. The opportunity also offers genuine career progression along with working directly with the Partner of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.
* Identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational improvement.
* Analyzing competitive landscapes and providing insights to senior leadership.
* Developing and presenting strategic recommendations to drive business objectives.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading commercial due diligence engagements within the TMT sector.
* In-depth knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
* MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the TMT industry.
