Full time 37.5 hrs
Part time hours (minimum 22.5 hrs per week) are also available.

Due to maternity leave, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to join our innovative community based team working across Coventry.
About the role
The Children’s Speech & Language Therapy Team aims to provide a high quality service to children, young people and their families. We provide assessment, interventions and advice to children and young people aged 0-19, and also support children in Coventry special schools and specialist settings with an Education, Health & Care Plan. We have developed clinical pathways and a competency programme in Speech, Language, Voice, Stammering, Dysphagia, Deafness, Cleft Palate, Alternative & Augmentative Communication and young children ‘At Risk’ of SLCN.
As a member of a large Speech and Language Therapy team of SLTs and Assistants, and working closely with Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues, you will have opportunities for varied clinical and training experiences.
We will support you to achieve your RCSLT Newly Qualified Therapist competencies if required. Internal and external training courses are supported. Mentoring, management supervision and peer group or one-to-one clinical supervision are also available.
Qualifications
Final year Speech and Language Therapy students are welcome to apply.
