An exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join an established and successful family-run business committed to high-quality products and service. The company has doubled its workforce and turnover in the past 5 years, with plans for further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all calls and visitors.
* Franking post and processing proforma payments over the phone.
* Liaise with the Accounts Department regarding customer accounts.
* Coordinate with the Warehouse on orders and deliveries.
* File customer orders and shipping info.
* Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
* Follow up on potential business inquiries.
* Record information on CRM.
* Make keeping-in-touch calls to customer accounts.
* Prepare quotations and price lists for sales.
* Handle end-of-day invoicing and reporting.
* Support the Customer Service Manager.
