SEND Teaching Assistant – Early Years Support
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for EYFS pupils
* Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence
* Implement structured routines to support emotional regulation
* Work alongside class teachers and SENCO to adapt learning
About You
* Experience supporting EYFS or SEND pupils
* Calm, patient, and caring approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and SEND strategies
