This is a unique opportunity for audiologists who are interested in a non-hospital-based role, combining diagnostic expertise with expert report writing, supporting medico-legal evaluations of hearing loss. You will work across a regionally assigned caseload, carrying out in-home clinical assessments to support hearing loss reports in conjunction with ENT-led evaluations. The role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible, autonomous, and meaningful clinical pathway within a highly regarded medical reporting framework. What the Role Offers: Pre-planned, nationwide visits candidates are assigned clients by region to minimise travel demands no clinics or hospital work Fuel expenses covered, plus car allowance or company car option Collaborative team work alongside ENT Consultants and Medico-Legal professionals Flexible diary management with full admin support A chance to build expertise in medico-legal work with full training and development Core Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive audiology assessments in client homes, including: Air & bone conduction audiometry Tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing Speech audiometry, free-field audiometry, OAEs Aural impressions and digital hearing aid fittings Provide evidence-based clinical findings to support medico-legal reports Maintain accurate, professional records using digital systems Participate in occasional audit and quality assurance activities Coordinate with medical administration teams to ensure smooth scheduling and reporting Candidate Requirements: BSc (Hons) in Audiology, MSc in Audiological Science, or equivalent qualification RCCP or HCPC registration (or willing to work toward it) Proven clinical experience in audiology across a range of adult patients Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Full UK driving licence car is essential (allowance or company car provided) Flexible and organised approach to regional travel and patient care About the Organisation Our client is a reputable private healthcare provider specialising in expert medical reports across ENT, audiology, and occupational health.
