Social Media & Digital Marketing Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on analytics and best practices. Assist with email campaigns and other digital initiatives. 2. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral Research, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print, including case studies, brochures, newsletters, and award submissions. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Support the development of internal communications materials. 3. Website Management Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, news, and company developments. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience 4. Photography & Visual Content Visit construction sites to photograph project progress and completed work. Organise and manage a library of visual content for marketing use. 5. Event Management Coordinate and support internal and external events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up communications. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging. Communicate effectively across teams to support integrated marketing efforts. 7. Administrative & General Support Handle day-to-day marketing administration, such as ordering print materials and maintaining records. Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Manager.
