Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:
1. Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
* Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on analytics and best practices.
* Assist with email campaigns and other digital initiatives.
2. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral
* Research, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print, including case studies, brochures, newsletters, and award submissions.
* Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Support the development of internal communications materials.
3. Website Management
* Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, news, and company developments.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
4. Photography & Visual Content
* Visit construction sites to photograph project progress and completed work.
* Organise and manage a library of visual content for marketing use.
5. Event Management
* Coordinate and support internal and external events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up communications.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
* Communicate effectively across teams to support integrated marketing efforts.
7. Administrative & General Support
* Handle day-to-day marketing administration, such as ordering print materials and maintaining records.
* Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Manager.

What We're Looking For
* A confident, self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience with desktop publishing (InDesign), social media management, and content creation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enthusiasm to learn other IT systems
* Technical proficiency in photography with creative vision
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
* A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
* Internet proficiency, including uploading and downloading documents
Qualifications & Experience
* Good GCSE's
* A background in PR and marketing
* Desktop Publishing Experience (InDesign)
