Overview
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Expo and Partner Sales Manager to lead sales delivery across Blue Earth Forum and Blue Earth Summit. This is a senior, hands on role with responsibility for revenue delivery, pipeline management, and CRM discipline, as well as shaping sales strategy across exhibitions, partnerships, and delegate sales.
You will take ownership of targets for our June and October events, manage a structured sales pipeline, and play a central role in how we commercialise the Blue Earth platform.

The role
As Expo and Partner Sales Manager, you will lead sales across:
* Exhibition space and premium expo packages
* Strategic partner and sponsor packages
* Delegate passes, group bookings, and membership led sales
* This role combines senior level selling with sales leadership. You will be expected to close key accounts personally, while also improving structure, data quality, and forecasting across the sales function.
Key responsibilities
* Own and deliver revenue targets across Forum and Summit
* Lead outbound sales strategy and personally close high value exhibitors and partners
* Build, manage, and maintain a robust CRM driven pipeline with clear stages and probability weighting
* Ensure high quality CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecasting discipline
* Develop sales materials, pricing logic, and packaging in collaboration with marketing and leadership
* Manage deal negotiations, commercials, and contract progression to close
* Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, forecast, activity, and closed revenue
* Represent Blue Earth externally with senior partners, brands, and ecosystem stakeholders
* Identify new commercial opportunities and refine go to market approach year on year
What good looks like
* Consistent delivery against revenue targets
* A clearly structured, well maintained CRM with reliable forecasting
* Strong conversion from pipeline to close
* Confident handling of senior stakeholders and complex partner deals
* A sales process that is repeatable, visible, and scalable
Experience and attributes
* Significant sales experience, ideally in events, exhibitions, partnerships, media, or sponsorship
* Proven track record of closing high value commercial deals
* Strong CRM experience, with the ability to design, manage, and enforce structured sales processes
* Comfortable owning targets and being accountable for delivery
* Commercially sharp, organised, and confident working at pace
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Genuine interest in sustainability, innovation, and purpose led business
