Role Overview
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with lesson delivery, work with small groups and individual pupils, and contribute to creating a calm and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning in the classroom across a range of subjects
* Provide targeted support to pupils who may need additional help
* Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom organisation
* Help manage pupil behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual pupil needs
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a classroom setting (voluntary or paid)
* A calm, patient, and flexible approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's development
